Privacy Policy

What we collect

Subscribers: your email address, the mark text and classes you choose to watch, and subscription status from our payment processor. Free-check users: the text you submit for checking and a coarse rate-limiting record tied to your IP address, retained briefly. Operational logs: standard request logs and product events, used to run and improve the Service.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't use your watched marks for anything except running your alerts. We don't send marketing email to free-check users.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; we never receive or store your card details. Their privacy policy governs payment data.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting, storage), Resend (email delivery), and Lemon Squeezy (billing). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention and deletion

Watched marks and account data persist while your subscription is active. Email support@getmarkalarm.com from your subscription address to delete your account and associated data; we complete deletion within 30 days. Public USPTO filing data is not personal data and is retained on a rolling window for the free-check feature.
