Someone can file a trademark on your brand name. You'd never know until it's late.
MarkAlarm reads every new USPTO trademark application, every day, and emails you when a filing looks confusingly similar to your mark — while the window to respond is still open.
Free check: has anyone filed something like your mark recently?
Scans federal applications from the last 90 days. No signup required.

Honest answers
What exactly do you monitor?
New federal trademark applications published in the USPTO's daily application data. We do not monitor state registrations, common-law (unregistered) use, business-name registries, or foreign filings.
Is this legal advice?
No. MarkAlarm is an information service: we surface filings and similarity scores with links to the official record. Whether to oppose a filing is a legal decision — if an alert worries you, a trademark attorney is the right next step, and you'll arrive with the filing already in hand.
Will I get spammed with false alarms?
You'll get high/medium-similarity alerts immediately and low-similarity mentions only in digests. Every alert shows why it fired (spelling, sound, word, class overlap), so you can tune or remove watches in one click.
Do I need a registered trademark to use this?
No — many subscribers watch names they use but haven't registered, so they learn immediately if someone else moves to register it.
How do I cancel?
From your manage page, one click, effective at period end. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card.
